1. Diagnostic Services:
By signing this waiver, you authorize Techie Squads to perform diagnostic tests on your device using proprietary systems such as Apple’s Diagnostic Suite.
2. Data Privacy:
Techie Squads respects your privacy and ensures that all personal and device data will remain confidential during the repair process. However, diagnostics and repairs may require accessing your device’s software and hardware.

• You are responsible for backing up your data before submitting the device for repair.


• Techie Squads will not be liable for any data loss, including photos, contacts, or other personal files, during or after the repair process.

3. Data Loss Disclaimer:
While all repairs and diagnostics are performed with care, there is always a risk of data loss. By signing this form, you agree that Techie Squads is not responsible for any data loss or corruption, either during diagnostics, repair, or post-repair.
4. Device Warranty:
Repairs may void the manufacturer’s warranty. Techie Squads will not be responsible for any warranty-related issues caused by the repair.
5. Liability:
Techie Squads is not responsible for any further damage to your device during the repair process if the device is found to have pre-existing issues (e.g., water damage, physical damage).
6. Repair Process Authorization:
You authorize Techie Squads to proceed with the repair as outlined in the work order. Any additional repairs or costs will require your approval before proceeding.
